Easter at Río 1854 was a truly memorable celebration, where many guests joined us to enjoy a day full of flavor, tradition, and great company by the St. Croix River. From the moment doors opened, the restaurant came to life with families and friends gathering to celebrate the holiday in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Our Easter buffet offered a carefully curated selection of dishes that brought together classic brunch favorites and Latin-inspired flavors. Guests enjoyed everything from traditional breakfast options and chilaquiles to more indulgent offerings like prime rib, shrimp, oysters, and our signature tortilla soup. Each station was designed to give guests variety and quality, allowing everyone to create a plate that matched their cravings. The dessert selection added the perfect finishing touch, with sweet options that made the experience even more special.
